Who is God?
Do you want to get to know Him? Get your Bible and join me on a discovery journey. If you want to get to know Him, you have to get a relationship with Him. To get a relationship with Him, you have to speak with Him and learn to listen to Him by praying and read the Bible every day. This is the way to learn what God wants from us. We learn how we can live the way God wants us to live and act. It is also very important to go to a church where they preach the Gospel and where the people are full with the Holy Spirit. You can read more about this later on. This page is still under construction because there are not enough words to describe God. The greatness of God is not something we only have to read or learn about. It is what we  experience when we have a relationship with Him. 1 John 5:5,6: Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the son of God. This is the one who came by water and blood- Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

1 John 5:7,8: For there are three that testify: theSpirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.

Genesis 1,2: God is the creator of heaven and all within heaven, the earth, flora, fauna and people.

Psalm 3:4: But you are a shield around me, oh Lord. You bestow glory on me and lift up my head.

Psalm 4: Righteousness and gives relieve from distress. He gives you safety.

Psalm 5: The arrogant can not stand in your presence.

Psalm 5:12, psalm 12:6, psalm 18:31: He protects, saves and frees from all horrors.


Psalm 17:7, psalm 18:3: Saves who shelter by His right hand. (Jesus)

Psalm 18:39: He armes you with strenght for battle and makes your adversaries
bow at your feet.

Psalm 18:40: He makes your enemies turn their backs in flight.


Psalm 25:15: He releases your feet from the snare.


Psalm 5:12: For surely, OH LORD, You bless the righteous;
You surround them with favor as with a shield.

Psalm 6:10: Mattheüs 6:33: He answers your prayers.

Psalm 7:9: He searches minds and hearts.

Psalm 7:1o: He saves the upright in heart.

Psalm 7:11:Righteous judge.

Psalm 8:1: He has set His glory above the heavens.

Psalm 8:2: He has ordained praise.

Psalm 9:8: He will judge the world in righteousness;
He wil govern the people with justice.

Psalm 9:9: He is a refuge for the opressed , a stronhold
in times of trouble.

Psalm 9:10: Those who know Your name will trust in You,
for You, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek You.

Psalm 9:13: He lifts up from the gate of death.

Psalm 10:17,18: Defending the fatherless and the opressed
in order that man, who is of the earth, may terrify no more.

Psalm18:25,26: To the faithfull He shows himslef faithfull and to the
blameless He shows himself blameless. Tot he pure He shows himself pure.

Psalm 18:30: His way is perfect.

Psalm 18:32: God girdeths you with and makes your way perfect.

Psalm 18:33: He makes your feet like hinds' feet, and sets you upon high places.

Psalm 18:34: He teaches your hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by your arms. 

Psalm 18:35: He also gives you the shield of His salvation and His right hand holds you up
and His gentelness makes you great.

Psalm 18:46: He lives and gives life.

Psalm 19, Deuteronomy 30:11-14, John 14:15-31.
His statutes are truthfull and rejoice the hart. His comandment is pure and enlightening for the eyes.

Psalm 19:19: The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgements of the Lord are
true and righteous altogether.

Proverbs: Through His testimonie He gives wisdom to the unwise.

Psalm 20:5,6: We will rejoice in His salvation and in the name of our God we will sett up our banners:
the Lord fulfill all our petitions.

Psalm 22:24: For He had not despiced nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither did He hide His face from him; but when he cried unto Him, He heard.

Psalm 22:26: The meak shall eat and be satisfied; they shall praise the Lord and seek Him.

Psalm 22:28: For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and He is the governor among all the nations.

Psalm 23: He is our Shephard.

Matteüs 5: Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Psalm 24:8: The Lord is strong and mighty, mighty in battle.

Psalm 25:3: No one who waits for Him, will be ashamed.

Psalm 25:8: Good and upright is the Lord: therefor He will teach sinners in the way.

Psalm 25:9: The meek will He guide in judgement and the meek He will teach His way.

Psalm 31:3: He is like a rock and is your fortress and for His name will, He will lead and guide you.
 
Psalm 25:10: All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep His convenant and His testimomies.

Psalm 25:14:
What man is he that fears the LORD? Him shall he teach in the way that He shall choose. His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.

Psalm 27:1: The Lord is your light and your salvation.

Psalm 29:11: He gives strenght to His people and bless His people with peace.

1 Petrus 2:24, psalm 30:3, the healings in the new Testament: He heals.

Psalm 30:4: He brings up your soul from the grave.

Psalm 68:21:Unto God, the Lord  belong the issues from death.

John 3:16, Mathew 25,26,27,28:
For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believed in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Isaiah 9:5, Mathew 1:18-25: A child is born for us, a Son is given to us, His name is Emannuel, which being interpreted means God with us.

Psalm 30:11: He turnes your mourning into dancing, he puts of your sackclothe and girdes you with gladness.

Psalm 34:18: He is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart and saves such as be of a contrite spirit .

Psalm 31:21: He shall hide you in the secret of His presence from the pride of man and shall keep you secretly in a pavilion  from the strife of tongues.

Psalm 29:4,5: The voice of the Lord is powerful, the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars

Psalm 36:8:You shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of His house; and shall make you drink of the river of His pleasures. 

Psalm 40:5:  Many are the wunderfull works that He has done and the thoughts He had toward us.

Psalm 41: 1, 2,3,4: Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.

Psalm 47:4: He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved.

Psalm 52:1:The goodness of God endureth continually.Zijn goedertierenheid duurt de hele dag en nacht.

Psalm 55:23, Mathew 6:25-34: 
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Psalm 62:13: God renderest to every man according to his work.

Psalm 65:4: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of His house, even of His holy temple.

Psalm 66:10: God, has proved us: He has tried us, as silver is tried.

Psalm 68:5: A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

Psalm 68:7:
God sets the solitary in families: he brings out those which are bound with chains:but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

Psalm 68:19:
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.

Psalm 72:18: Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.

Psalm 72:14: He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight.

Psalm 72:12,13: For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper. He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.

Mathew 4:
He fights with His Word when He is tempted by the devil and He concors.

Psalm 91:11,12,13: For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep thee in all God's ways. They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.

Ephesians 6:10-11: And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
